In Sims 2, isn't it supposed to take a snap shot for special events, such as deaths or births?

I have the special event events camera turned on, but it doesn't seem like the game is creating these snapshots. Two of my Sims died while I was doing something on anoher part of the lot, so I don't even know how they died.

When the special events camera is turned on, it just means that the game will show the "cut scenes" (movies) at special occasions (grad parties, births, birthday parties, first kiss, etc). If you want snapshots of these events, then you need to press c when you want a pic. I do this to keep a family album for each of my created families.

How did they die? can they even die like that? well if u just wan't to make normal snap shuts just press Ctrl
No. You have to do it yourself and you can even film the occasion. Also you can prolong life by drinking from the fountain of life (32500 points needed.)The photo only works if you鈥瞨e playing on an existing family not one you鈥瞯e created.
